Diana Howard is absolutely delighted to report that Tara Slade, one of her students at Broadwater Manor School, has gained a Drama Scholarship for Lancing College from September 2010.
 

Those of you who enjoyed watching the BBC’s “I’d Do Anything” last summer might recall a small, blonde and rather appealing young “Oliver” finalist, Sam Cotton. Sam’s Speech and Drama Teacher is STSD Council member Linda Cardigan.

Recently children at Stroud School, Romsey entered BBC’s Off By Heart competition. This is a nationwide competition to encourage children between the ages of 7 and 11 to learn by heart and recite poetry.
